Change of Mind Purchases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before completing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the problem
If approved, we will offer either:
• A brand new replacement product
• A refund
• Store credit
depending on the nature of the issue.
12 Month Warranty
All RECOVR LABS products are backed by a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal personal use.
If a product becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the item with a brand new replacement product.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage
• Improper use or misuse
• Commercial use
• Accidental damage
• Water damage unless specifically stated otherwise
• Damage caused by improper storage, modification, or neglect
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale
• Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorised modification
