Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0 to 1 business days after payment has been received.
We also dispatch orders on Saturdays where possible.
During busy periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this point in time, RECOVR LABS only ships within Australia.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Carrier
At this point in time, all RECOVR LABS orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.
RECOVR LABS is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping timeframes are outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Australia Post directly first.
We will always do our best to assist where possible.
RECOVR LABS is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipping to certain locations where shipping is unavailable, unsafe, or restricted.
